We are convinced that it is essential for everyone to maintain their bodies in the same way as we maintain our brains. The benefits, values and skills learned through sport are fundamental to balanced development.
Boxing
Boxing is renowned for the values and challenges it brings. It helps to improve physical fitness, develop self-discipline and self-confidence, promotes respect and sportsmanship, and fosters goal-setting and mental toughness. As a physically and mentally challenging sport, boxing helps young people develop the resilience and discipline they need to succeed in other areas of their lives.

Golf
Golf also has great values and will enable young people to develop new skills. Golf helps improve coordination and balance. Golf also instills important values such as patience, perseverance and respect for others and the environment. Young golfers can learn to manage their emotions, as well as develop social skills by playing with others. Students will have access to the Drome Golf Club's Business Club.
